Returns & Refunds Policy
At Wyz Creations, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a quality product and will gladly resolve any issues with defective or incorrect items.
Eligible for Refunds or Replacements
We offer a refund or replacement if your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect item received
- Incorrect size sent (our error)
- Lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns
Refunds or returns are not accepted for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color variation due to screen differences
- Minor alignment variations (normal in print-on-demand production)
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed or refused packages
- Delivery delays beyond our control
Reporting a Problem
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within:
7 days of delivery
Send an email to:
info@wyzcreations.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo evidence of the problem
Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (PayPal).
Shipping Issues
If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Print-on-Demand Disclaimer
All products are made to order using third-party print-on-demand partners (such as Printify). Production variations may occur due to the nature of custom printing.
