At Wyz Creations, all of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand model. We do not hold stock. Instead, every item is produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printify, once your order is placed.
This means each product is individually printed especially for you before being shipped directly to your door.
Production Times
Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to a Printify print provider for production.
Most products take 2–7 business days to be produced.
Production time can vary depending on:
- Product type (e.g. apparel vs accessories)
- Print provider availability
- Seasonal demand (e.g. holidays or peak periods)
- Order size or complexity
During busy periods, production may take slightly longer than usual.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, your order is shipped directly from the print provider.
Typical delivery times are:
- UK & International standard shipping: 2–7 business days after production
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Your location
- Selected shipping method
- Customs processing (for international orders)
Order Processing Overview
Your order follows these steps:
- Order placed on our website
- Order sent to Printify print provider
- Product is printed (2–7 business days)
- Order is packed and shipped
- Tracking information is provided once dispatched
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delays & Exceptions
Occasionally, delays can occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Stock shortages of blank garments
- Quality control reprints
- Carrier delays or customs processing
If a significant delay occurs, your order will still be completed and delivered, or we will notify you if any action is required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch depending on the carrier.
